Does it fit a full day's worth of dishes for a family?
For a small household, yes; for a family, probably not in one load. It holds a full day's dishes for one or two people, and EUHOMY puts a full load at 4 plates, 4 small plates, 4 small cups, 4 bowls, 2 glasses and 7 sets of cutlery. It may not take four full place settings at once, so a larger household should expect to run it more often.
I see water droplets inside my new dishwasher. Is it leaking?
No. EUHOMY waterproof tests every unit before it ships, so droplets inside a new machine are normal. It also suggests running it empty for five minutes before first use to clear any dust or odors from shipping. Genuine leaks in regular use are the exception rather than the rule.
Does it need to be hooked up to my sink plumbing?
No. It offers two water supply options. In Tank Mode, you simply fill the built-in 5-liter tank directly with no plumbing connection needed at all. In Faucet Mode, an included hose connects to a G3/4 inch compatible faucet fitting for continuous water supply without refilling; other faucet sizes need an adapter.
How hot does the water get during washing?
EUHOMY rates the Baby Care/Heavy Duty program at 167°F, hot enough for baby bottles and greasy dishes. It is one of 6 wash programs.
Is it quiet enough for an apartment or shared space?
Yes. It isn't loud in regular use, which is why it works well in RVs and small apartments, and EUHOMY builds in a sound reduction system.
Does it dry dishes too, or just wash?
Both. Every program except Fruit ends with 60 minutes of hot-air drying, there is a standalone Dry mode as well, and automatic ventilation afterwards keeps odors away, so it works as a dish dryer as well as a washer.
