Rinse the jug and whisk with warm water and dry them before the first batch.
Start with cold whole milk above 3% fat for the best foam. Cream warms but does not foam well.
Add up to 115ml of milk for frothing, or up to 240ml if you only want to heat it.
Choose hot foam, warm milk or cold foam and press the button. The frother switches off by itself when finished, in under 2 minutes.
Pour through the angled spout, then rinse the jug straight away while the milk residue is still soft.
